The client envisioned a seamless blend of luxury living and advanced technology, requesting intuitive whole-home lighting control, discreet high-performance audio throughout, robust future-proofed network infrastructure, comprehensive security and surveillance, effortless smart control of all systems, a dedicated media room with immersive AV, and secure, convenient gate access with video intercom.
Lighting Control
Lutron HomeWorks was installed throughout, with elegant Alisse keypads delivering intuitive, scene-based lighting control in every room. This allows the client to set the perfect mood for any occasion—entertaining, relaxing, or day-to-day living—with a single touch.
Network & Wi-Fi
A fibre backbone was deployed to ensure fast, reliable connectivity across the entire property. Araknis access points provide seamless Wi-Fi coverage, supporting streaming, automation, and smart device management—now and into the future.
Multi-Room Audio
Sonos multi-room audio, integrated with Sonance in-ceiling speakers, delivers crisp, immersive sound to every living space. Gallo acoustics speakers were selected for the vaulted ceiling rooms, ensuring high-fidelity performance even in challenging acoustic environments. The gym features Sonance Mariner speakers for powerful sound that doesn’t get drowned out by gym equipment. REL subwoofers were added for extra depth to main rooms, delivering a rich bass.
Outdoor Audio
The garden is brought to life with Sonance Garden Series speakers, offering discreet, high-quality audio for outdoor entertaining and relaxation.
Media Room
A dedicated media room features a 5.2.2 M&K surround sound system powered by an Arcam amplifier, paired with an 98″ Sony TV. This setup creates a cinematic experience for movies, sports, and gaming, with immersive sound and stunning visuals.
Security & Gate Control
A Dahua CCTV system provides comprehensive, discreet surveillance, ensuring the property is protected without compromising its aesthetics.
A video door intercom was integrated for secure, convenient gate control—allowing residents to see and communicate with visitors before granting access, all managed from within the home or remotely via smart devices.
