Tunn House is a contemporary new build property designed for modern living. The client’s brief called for an integrated smart home solution to deliver effortless comfort, entertainment, and control throughout the residence, with key requirements including intelligent Rako lighting controls for every area, discreet Triad in-ceiling speakers with Sonos multiroom audio, robust and seamless Araknis network infrastructure, and a drop-down cinema system with immersive surround sound.
Lighting Control
Rako lighting controls were installed throughout the property, providing intuitive scene selection and flexible control for every space. Residents can easily adjust lighting to suit any mood or occasion, all from wall keypads or mobile devices.
Multiroom Audio
Triad in-ceiling speakers, powered by Wimm, deliver high-quality, immersive audio in every room. The system allows seamless streaming and effortless control—perfect for both entertaining and everyday living.
Network Infrastructure
A robust Araknis network forms the backbone of the smart home, ensuring fast, reliable connectivity for streaming, automation, and all connected devices. Starlink was used as the ISP due to the remote location.
Home Cinema
A drop-down cinema system was installed, featuring Triad speakers, a REL subwoofer, and a Denon amplifier for true 5.1 surround sound. An Epson projector completes the setup, delivering a cinematic experience at the touch of a button—while keeping the space clean and versatile when not in use.
