Lighting Control
Rako lighting was specified throughout the property for its flexibility and elegance. Custom scenes and schedules allow the client to create the perfect atmosphere for any occasion, all controlled by stylish keypads or via app.
WiFi & Networking
A Ruckus Wi-Fi system was deployed to provide robust, seamless wireless coverage throughout the property. The result is fast, reliable connectivity for all devices, supporting streaming, automation, and more.
Unified Smart Control
Control4 brings together all systems—lighting, audio, blinds, and more—into a single, intuitive interface. Touch panels and mobile app control mean the client can adjust any setting with ease, whether at home or away.
Multi-Room Audio
Monitor Audio ceiling speakers were installed in living spaces for crisp, immersive sound, while the music room features powerful Monitor Audio floor-standing speakers—delivering a dynamic, high-fidelity listening experience. Control4 manages all zones, making it effortless to enjoy music anywhere in the home.
Motorised Blinds
Motorised blinds were integrated into the Control4 system, allowing for effortless adjustment of privacy and light at the touch of a button. Scenes can be set to raise or lower blinds automatically based on time of day or activity.
